Selection of area is very important as everyone knows “more people more business”.If you start business in less crowded area there may be less chance to earn enough revenue. So select an area where you will get more customers for your product or services.
For eg. suppose you want to open a hotel and in that area already hotels are available then your business will not earn expected revenue.
3) Prepare list of what worked and didn’t work
Make a list of what people actually want? What they actually need? Selection of Product is very important and its based on popularity and what people demand. So keep those product that people actually want.

Take advantage of this by creating some special deals just for your existing customers …and announce new products and services to them before you announce them to the general market OR special offer like if he brought two clients he will get rewards in return..
